The Department of Humanities hosts a lecture series for emerging and established Canadian writers. Readings are free to the public and available online, accessed by a Zoom link available a week before the reading. Mariam Pirbhai will read from and discuss Isolated Incident (2022) from 7:00 to 9:00pm on January 30th, 2024.
Isolated Incident will be one of five featured novels at The Toronto International Festival of Authors Official Virtual Book Club, 2023. Sessions are facilitated by author and award-winning educator Catherine Graham, and many will include guest appearances by the authors themselves. See link for more information or to register.
